My hair is seriously CMI, dry, frizzy, dull, split end, no shape .... etc *hint*

I want to do something to my hair tooooo! Im thinking of going pinup I was inspired by a lady gaga picture! I say do it I LOVE changing my hair its like Im a new person! Its so liberating!
